## What this site is

A neighborhood-by-neighborhood reference for Lake Oconee, Georgia. Lake Oconee is a 19,000-acre Georgia Power reservoir with roughly 374 miles of shoreline, spanning Greene, Putnam and Morgan counties, about an hour east of Atlanta on Interstate 20.

The lake is organised here into seven areas. Each area has its own guide, and each neighborhood within it has a dedicated page covering location and access roads, gate and HOA status, dock and water access, lot character, housing stock, school district, and the type of buyer it suits.

- Written on location. Roads are driven; entrance signs, street signs, boat ramps and amenities are photographed first-hand. Photography on these pages is original, not stock or licensed.
