Born in Greensboro at the dawn of Lake Oconee, my family were some of the first members of what is now Reynolds Lake Oconee. As a child I spent summer evenings swimming in the pool now known as the Preserve pool and playing in the road we all know as Linger Longer. Growing up in small town Georgia I learned to appreciate the value of the lake developments and the amazing opportunity for Greene County. In 2005 I graduated with a degree in Journalism from UGA and not long after I moved to Charleston, SC for a short while. There I became a licensed real estate agent and joined Creative Communities Incorporated, a resort developer based in Florida. I marketed and sold development property in private golf, lake, and mountain communities throughout the Carolinas and Georgia for several years before moving on to my next adventure.
From March 2009 to March 2011 my now husband, Drew, and I sailed the beautiful waters of the South Pacific on our own boat. After selling her in Australia we moved back to Greensboro, got married, and started a business. I joined the Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty team not long after and casually helped clients while concentrating on motherhood and my new family role for a few years. I moved full time back into real estate after the birth of my youngest. Drew and I, along with our three children, live on a beautiful property on the Richland side of the lake in a home built by my cousin in 1978. We also keep a lot and membership inside the gates of Reynolds where we frequently enjoy the amenities. During the week you can find me in the office, in my minivan, at Publix, or drinking a cosmo at the Moon. On the weekends, we boat. We could not live a more quintessential Lake Oconee life.
I am 100% full time, always on, never closed. Each year, I’m recognized among the top Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and with each transaction my network expands. Personal connection and lifelong friendship is more important to me than anything. My clients are my friends and I treat them as so. I curse like a sailor. I can’t hide when I’m not happy. And I don’t care if wine comes from a bottle or a box – as long as it makes it to my cup. I am a genuine person and a hard worker. No one wants it more. Give me the chance to show you what I can do. You will not be disappointed.
