The Homes in Oconee Meadows

Most of the homes went up between 2005 and 2008, and the last handful were finished between 2018 and 2022. Every one of the 53 home sites now has a house on it, so there is no construction traffic, no empty lots — the yards and landscaping are established.

The homes are mostly one-story ranches of about 1,400 to 1,800 square feet, with three or four bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. A few are larger, with five bedrooms or a bonus room, up to about 2,300 square feet. Split-bedroom plans, vaulted great rooms and fireplaces are also plentiful, along with patios and workshops.

The lots are generous for the price running about two-thirds of an acre to just over an acre and a half, and most are level.

No HOA and Room for the Boat

No HOA appears in the sales record, and there are no restrictions on parking or storing a boat on your own property. With the marina ramp a mile or so away and a big level lot, this is one of the easiest places near the lake to keep a boat at home.
